WHAT TO WEAR

Dress in layers

We are a coastal ranch and often get a coastal breeze or fog. Even a sunny day can be chilly. We suggest bringing a sweatshirt or jacket any time of year.

Long Pants

Wearing long pants are highly recommended, Long pants protect you from rubbing or pinching of the saddle and bushes on the trail. This is for your comfort and safety.

Closed Toe Shoes

.Closed toe shoes are highly recommended for safety. Riding boots are not a requirement but are always a good idea. No Flip-Flops or shoes that are not secure on the foot.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on weekdays and a 48 hour cancellation policy on weekends and holidays.
Please let us know with plenty of notice if you have to cancel your trail ride or drop any of the riders.

NO SHOW - if you do not show up for your ride or cancel within the cancellation period you will be charged for your ride.
- 50% of total if cancelled within the 24/48 hour cancellation window
- 100% if cancelled within 2 hours of the trail ride or no show

DUNES AND BEACH RIDERS

Our Dunes Trail and Beach Trail trail head is off-site. You will check in at our ranch and then you will have to drive to the trail head. DO NOT get dropped off at the ranch if you are on a Dunes or Beach ride, we can not provide transportation to the trail head.

PLEASE NOTE:

WE ARE WORKING WITH LIVE ANIMALS. Though we strive to be punctual, sometimes there may be delays. Please do not pack your schedule with no wiggle room. We will do our best to give advance notice if we know we are running behind.
